Yoga is a time to devote to your mind and body without any judgement. It's not only a way to stretch and release the body but also a way to hold the pose and strengthen the body in Hatha Yoga.
This can be gentle or it may be challenging but it's more important to watch how the mind deals with the physical work so that whatever is learnt on the mat can be applied to your day outside.
The Yoga Flo lesson is a moving dance-like yoga that encourages you to listen to your body, the music and my guidance to create your own version, your own movement that suits you. You do not have to be a dancer at all. It is simply a good way to loosen and let energy flow ready for your day.
